Whether you are a complete novice or know a thing or two about Irish whiskey you will definitely enjoy this experience! I booked this tasting as a birthday present for my partner and we both absolutely loved it. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and creates a friendly, laidback atmosphere. You can tell that he is very passionate about whiskey and wants to share that with others! The amount of whiskey served is generous and there is a great variety. I honestly could not recommend this enough, it is 100% one of the coolest things we did in Dublin!

We booked the classic whiskey tasting at the Swan Bar for my husband, my 19 year old son and myself. We were so glad we did, it was one of the best experiences of our entire trip! This is a really unique tasting experience. It’s small group so you can ask lots of questions, and Derek is really knowledgeable. You also get to taste some really different whiskeys and the experience is super fun! Can’t recommend it enough.

Walsh, where Derek ran through some cracking irish whiskeys, gained a great insight into some old reliable and new emerging irish whiskies.
